CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 73/13 dated 30/05/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Doger Singh R/O Vill. Thaltu PO Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/05/13 Het Ram S/O Sh. Kahan Chand R/O Vill. Chanod PO Pangna obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 30/05/13 U/S 451,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Neelam W/O Sh. Mishu Ram R/O Vill. Patan PO Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/13 at about 5 PM she was present in her house, in the mean time Hari Singh and Khemi Devi entered in her courtyard and they beat her up Some time after Kahan Singh, Shanta Devi and Arti Devi also came there and beat her up.  HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 134/13 dated 31/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Dharma Thakur W/O Sh. Murari Lal Thskur R/O Vill. Kipper PO Majhwar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mast Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Jgadish Chand I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 121/.13 dated 30/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Veena Devi W/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Vill. Chowki Chandrahan PO Riyur Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/13 Besar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 144/13 dated 31/05/13 U/S 325,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Shankar R/O Vill. Darkohali PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 25/05/13 Norata Ram, Anil Kumar and Dharmi Devi beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
