CRIME REPORT 20 MAY

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.       Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Bhim Sen Incharge Police Post Pandoh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Diyodh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 900 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Singh R/O Vill. Dhar PO Khuhan Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Bhim Sen is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBIDIENCE TO AN ORDER

2.       Case FIR No. 115/13 dated 20/05/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC PawanKumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that Ibrahim S/O Sh. Gulam Deen R/O Dadoh PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) arrested by him who was wanted in case FIR No. 181/08 dated 01/05/2008 U/S 279,336 IPC and he was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court of JMIC-I Sundernagar. HC Pawan Kumr No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.       Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhesh Raj S/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Vill. Tehata PO Brohkari Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that a car (HP33B-0867) fell down at Kahali Nulla and driver Pawan Kumar died on the spot whereas other three occupants sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

4.       Case FIR No. 129/13 dated 20/05/13 U/S 452 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Ambika Ram VPO Dhawali Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 19/05/13 Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand  VPO Richhali entered in his house with the intention to commit the crime. ASI Mohinder Pal Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS AND HURT

5.       Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Dutt S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Panyandli PO & Sub Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla that on 18/05/13 at about 08.30 PM he was present in his rental  room, in the mean time Deep Ram S/O Sh. Kandu R/O Vill. Saror PO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son Raju entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.       Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 20/05/13 U/S 452,323,427,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint Smt. Rajani Devi D/O Sh. Shyam Lal VPO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Yugal Kishore VPO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) along with his other seven associates entered in her home and beat her up. HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.       Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 19/05/13 U/S 452,323,427,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Banerdhi PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaght Distt. Mandi at present salesman in wine shop at Naulkha Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 19/05/13 at 9 PM Suresh Kumar entered in above mentioned wine shop, beat him up and also broke the bottles of beer. HC ChamanLal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8.       Case FIR No. 41/13 dated 20/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bir Singh S/O Sh. Room Chand R/O Dharmas PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/13 at about 2.30 PM Dhami Devi and Kamla Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Satya Prakash No. 34 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9.      106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1  challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
