CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1. Case FIR No. 58/13 dated 06/05/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dev Raj S/O Sh. Totta Ram R/O Vill. Kanchiban PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present JBT in G.P.S. Khanira that on 04/05/13 he locked the kitchen of  GPS Khanira properly but on 06/05/13 he found that two cylinders of indane gas having approximately cost of Rs. 2600 were stolen away by some unknown culprits. ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 498A,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Thakur W/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O VPO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Nek Ram during the year 2008 and after two years of her marriage, her husband Nek Ram started to harass her physically & mentally. On 06/05/13 at about 11.45 PM he tried to kill her by putting blanket on her moth and  pressing her neck . ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 120/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rumal Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Vill. Harlot PO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/05/13 at about 10.15 PM Manjeet Singh R/O Harial Nalla obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Mohnder Pal I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 112/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 447,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Rana Ram R/O BHaled Thanbla PO Bir Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Chattar Singh and his wife beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
