CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 14/05/13 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by ASI Subhash Singh  that on 14/05/13  at about 2PM when said  ASI was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Shikawari road near Murhag then during the course of patrolling he recovered  170 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Luxman S/O Sh.  Sadhu R/O Shikawari Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) from the personal search of his jacket. Accused   has been arrested and further investigating is being   carried out by ASI Subhash Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION   

2          Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 14/05/13 U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Chahadi P.O. Rewalsar  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 14/05/13  at about 02:15PM  when he was present near Nishampa Monestary, in mean time  Himan Chand  came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC kamaldeep Singh No. 888 I/O of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND   FORGERY

3          Case FIR No. 112/13 dated 14/05/13  U/S  420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Padam Namgyal  presently  Income Tax officer Changer Colony Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  Sh. Raj Kumar  S/O  Sh. krishan Chand  presently posted as a Sr. Assistant in the office of Income Tax office changer Colony Sundernagar  has  been  raised the personal loan  from the State Bank of India Bhojpur  Branch by  producing   the  requisite documents with forged signature of complainant. (Prob) SI  Hans Raj I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No.126/13 dated 14/05/13  U/S 279, 337 IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint  of  Sh.  Santosh Kumar   S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Reur P.O. Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) on  14/05/13  at about 2:30 PM when he was present at  Shivdawala, in mean time  Jeep No.(HP18-4827) and Scooter No. (HP28-06665) collide to each other. This incident occurred due to the rash driving of the both of the drivers of  above said vehicle namely,  Sanjay Kumar  and  Baldev Singh and Amer singh sustained injuries . HC Balam Ram I/O of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

5         48  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 8400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   8 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 900 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
