CASE OF THEFT & CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND UNDER FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 23/05/13 U/S 379,120B IPC and U/S 41, 42 Indian Forest Act. Has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Padhar that on 23/05/13 at about 04.30 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Dayna Park Chowk, in the mean time a jeep (HP34B-4005) came from Ghoghardhar side and during the course of checking of said jeep he recovered 13 slippers and 51 frames of cedar (deodar) from the possession of Man Singh S/O Sh. Bhatku Ram R/O Vill. Futakhal PO Jhatingri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP), Agesh S/O Sh. Ram Prakash R/O Vill. Karsehad PO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Chandermani S/O Sh. Gian Chand VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sanjeev Kumar, SHO of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 117/13 dated 22/05/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jawala Prasad S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Salah PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/05/13 he parked his M/Cycle (HP31-7927) near Agriculture Sales Centre Jawahar Park Sundernagar and at about 5 PM when he came back he did not found his above M/Cycle at the place of parking. Approximately cost of stolen M/Cycle is about Rs. 20,000/-. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Vill. Lohara PO Smaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/05/13 Boni S/O Sh. Krishan Chand, Lucky S/O Sh. Krishan Chand and Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Loharda obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT,MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 134/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 451,323,427,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Lohara PO Smaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/05/13 Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Vill. Lohara entered in his shop and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSAULT AND OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

5.      Case FIR No. 135/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 355,332,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Vill. Bharnal PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as water-guard in I. & PH department and today at about 8 AM he was on duty at Haarser Gulela, in the mean time Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Ram and Vachitar Singh R/O Gaarlahan beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

6.      Case FIR No.130/13 dated 23/05/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kiran W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar Malhotra R/O H. No. 90/8 Bhutnath Bazaar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away two gas cylinders and 15 KG rice from GPS Bari Gumanu  during the intervening night of 22-23/05/13. SI Kulwant Singh (Prob.) I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

7.      98 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 24,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
