CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1.       Case FIR No. 78/13 dated 27/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Makhauli Ram R/O Vill. Chhanang PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a tempo traveler (PB01-8570) fell down from the road nearby his house and two persons sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2.       Case FIR No. 69/13 dated 26/05/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Ram Krishan R/O Vill. Nehal PO Tewan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/05/13 an accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of  vehicle (HP02-0458) and in this accident Sh. Sadi Lal S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Jagehar PO Luhari Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu died on the spot and other three occupants sustained injuries.  ASI Sohan Lal Incharge traffic wing is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

 

3.       Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 27/05/13 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Rippen Lal S/O Sh. Dhari Ram R/O Vill. Kanda PO Prassi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/05/13  Lachhi Ram S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O Vill. Kanda PO Prassi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son Krishan Lal entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

 

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4.       Case FIR No. 119/13 dated 26/05/13 U/S 447,147,148,149,379,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Mukdani PO Silhi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Paras Ram S/O Late Sh. Raju Ram R/O Ward No. 8 Ambedkarnagar Sundernagar  that Amar Singh, Roop Lal, Shyam Lal, Reema Devi, Devki Devi, Sunita Devi, Meera Devi and Lajya Devi all resident of Harabag PO Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his land   and cut down the crops wheat from his land and stole away the same. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.     58 challans were issued and fine of Rs.10,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
