CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 113/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Vill. Naloh PO Lagdhar Sub Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/05/13 he was going to his home, on the way his uncle Roop Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 336, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Joghal Ram R/O Chajwar PO Maloh Tehsil Tehsil Sundernagar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/05/2013 he was on duty at Chamukha nearby Hotel Green Valley. In the mean time a car (HR26 BR-4004) came from Harabag side and a person sitting inside said car threw a bottle of wine and hit on his left elbow and he sustained injury.  HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES & HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 08/05/13 U/S 498A,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Raj Kumari W/O Sh. Pankaj Kumar R/O VPO Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Pankaj Kumar during the year 2005 and after her marriage Raj Kumar started to torture her mentally and physically. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 121/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 452,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Vill. Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/05/13 at 5 PM Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Ludar Singh R/O Vill. Kharoh PO Sadhot entered in his house and threatened him. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chhabi Lal S/O Sh. Ragi Ram R/O Vill. Satnog PO Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/05/13 at about 08.30 PM he parked his tipper (HP76-0828)at Dalah on the road side, in the mean time a truck (HP11-4133) came from Jogindernagar side and hit his tipper from back side and his tipper  fell down about 20 feet ahead due to which his tipper got damaged badly and he  sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

6.      Case FIR No. 100/13 dated 08/05/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Dumna Ram R/O Vill. Unand PO Troh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he is residing along with his family in his new house. Today he went to his old house and found that window of his old  house was opened by some unknown culprits and  also stole away utensils and some other items from his house. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 30,000/-. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.      Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 07/05/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Dhian Singh R/O Vill. Kaiharu PO Chauridhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/05/13 he was coming back to his home  by a  car (HP62A-2174) of Sh. Beli Ram and when said car reached at Shilli nullah,  driver  Beli Ram lost control over his car and it  fell down from the road. Sh. Beli Ram, driver of said car  died on the spot and other four occupants sustained injuries in this mishap. ASI Sohan Lal Incharge traffic wing of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8.      86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
