CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.111/13 dated 23/05/13 U/S 354, 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Smt.  Ruchi Devi(name changed) Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 23/05/13  at about 8AM when  she was coming back after leaving her  son at school, in mean time  one person  obstructed her way and also tried to outrage her modesty and threatened with dire consequence . SI Chand Kishore I/O of P.S Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  

2        Case FIR No.112/13 dated 23/04/13 U/S 354, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of Smt. Vimla Devi (name changed)Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) on 23/05/13 at about 12:15 PM Amar Singh came suddenly and tried to outrage her modesty and also beat her. HC Lal Singh I/O of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

3        Case FIR No.58/13 dated 23/05/13 U/S 18 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC  Rajesh Kumar  that on 23/05/13  when he  had deputed duty  for   Special Campaign( about illegal poppy cultivation )along  with other police officials  then during the course of campaign he found  that 402 poppy plants cultivated at place  Nalouti , in the land of  Maya Ram S/O Sh. Sauja Ram R/O Nalouti P.O. Shikawari Tehsil Thunag Dsitt. Mandi(H.P.) HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF THEFT

4        Case FIR No. 136/13 dated 24/05/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Piyar Singh S /O Sh. Baldev Singh R/O Patta P.O. Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur  at present  Driver HRTC Depot Sarkaghat   that 24/05/13 at about 3:15AM  when he was present at Bus Stand Sarkaghat , in mean time  Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O Tatih P.O. Sarkaghat  came there and  stole away  the oil  from the  Bus No.(HP28-3223). ASI Bidhi  Chand I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5             94  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 16,250 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and  1 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
