1. Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Pramila Devi W/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Vill. Padhar PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/05/13 Guddi Devi W/O Sh. Jai Dev R/O Vill. Padhar PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Sen S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Kathalag PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/13 a car (HP33-7776) hit a M/Cycle (HP31A-6513) and three persons sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Deepa Devi W/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar R/O Vill. Bhalwan PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/13 at about 3 PM Kuldeep Chand S/O Sh. Sunder Lal R/O Bhalwan obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMALS
4. Case FIR No. 108/13 dated 10/05/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Chandu Ram R/O Ahen PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a pet dog of Gandhi Ram S/O Sh. Trahru Ram R/O Vill. Ahen PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar bit his son Ravi Kumar. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
5. Case FIR No. 73/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Dr. Roshan Lal Kaundal S/O Sh. Beshari Ram R/O VPO Dhartatoh Tehsil & Distt. Bilaspur (HP) presently posted as Child Specialist in Civil Hospital Jogindernagar that Gokul Chand S/O Sh. Dalambhu Ram R/O Rear Civil Hospital Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) had finalized a deed with complainant amounting to Rs. 40,00000/- with and allowed him to construct fourth and fifth stories on the third storey of his house situated nearby Civil Hospital at Jogindenagar. After finalization of above dead complainant called to Mr. S.K. Chauhan, architecture to prepare the map for construction of 4th and 5th stories upon said house but after inspecting the building Mr. S.K. Chauhuan told to the complainant that upon the third storey of said house 4th & 5th stories could not be constructed as foundations of said house are weaker and in this regard said architecture also issued a certificate in favour of complainant. So above Gokul Chand cheated to the complainant intentionally as he had been retired S.E. (Civil) from government department and he is well known about the foundations of his house as well as that 4th & 5th stories could not be constructed upon the 3rd storey of his house. He had taken huge amount of Rs. 38,75,000/- from the complainant by cheating him intentionally during the course of finalization of deed with complainant. ASI Hassam Ali I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 74/13 dated 09/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Beasa Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Masauli PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar (HP) that on 09/05/13 a M/Cycle (HP29A-5174) came very rashly and hit her daughter-in-laws Smt. Krishna Devi, Smt. Indu and grandsons S/Sh. Jattu and Nittu. ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 10/05/13 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Pabo PO Ghamer Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going from Jogindernagar to Pabbo by his M/Cycle and when he reached at Basahi (Chakk), Pawan Kumar stopped his M/Cycle and beat him up. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8. 90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
