CRIME REPORT 6 MAY

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 05/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Neesha Acharya W/O Sh. Prashant Acharya R/O H. No. 128 Raura Sector-2 Distt. Bilaspur that on 05/05/13 she along with her husband Sh.Prshant Acharya were coming to Bilaspur by their car (HP24B-3100) and when they reached at Bhawana, in the mean time a Tata Sumo (HP21A-6530) came very rashly and struck her car from wrong side and they both sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of Highway Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 05/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Late Sh. Devi Singh R/O Vill. Bharda PO Drang Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/05/13 he was going to his house along with his wife and children by his M/Cycle (HP76-0349) and when they reached at Mehar, a car (HP33C-3611) came from Drang side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and he along with his wife and children sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 111/13 dated 06/05/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dev Raj S/O Sh. Vijay Ram R/O Kathwari PO Bir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/13 Rajender and Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Sobha Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 97/13 dated 05/05/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Yashodha Devi W/O Sh. Umesh Kumar R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/13 at about 6 PM Dharam Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.      45 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6350/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
