 CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 114/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi S/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Gehri PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/13 Dharam Singh, his wife Bimla Devi and their daughter-in-law Reenu Devi entered in her house and beat her up. ASI Sushil Kumar Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 115/13 dated 28/05/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dile Ram S/O Sh. Dhundu RamR/O VPO Mobiseri Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Fish Seller Sai Chowk Dadaour that on 28/05/13 at about 06.30 PM a car (DL4CAV11286) hit a M/Cycle rider and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIADATION

3. Case FIR No. 142/13 dated 29/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ashish Kumar S/O Sh. Som Nath R/O Vill. Masdhwan PO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Ajay Kumar and Pratap Singh beat him up. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the

4.      79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
