CASE OF MISAPPROPRIATION, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING
1. Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 17/05/13 U/S 403,405,409,415,420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sudha Sood W/O Late Sh. Surender Sood resident of village Balakrupi PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the month of December, 2011 she gave her golden chain measuring 19 Grams and 900 milligrams for repair to Hans Raj Soni, Ornaments Dealer Main Bazaar Jogindernagar and she had visited the shop of above shopkeeper for taking back her chain but he did not returned back so far.ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
