 CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBIDIENCE TO AN ORDER

1          Case FIR No. 113/13 dated 24/05/13  U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh  by HC  Dharmender Kumar  No. 77 I/C  P.O. Cell PS Balh that on 22/05/13  Rajesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O House No. 75 Ward No.1 Nalagarh Distt. Solan arrested by him  who  was wanted in Case Fir No. 141/06 U/S Excise Act and he was declared proclaimed offender  by   the  Ld.CJM Mandi . HC Dharmender Kumar   No. 77 I/C  of PO Cell P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.67/13 dated 24/05/13 U/S 354(D), 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Miss Lata Devi (name changed )  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  when she went to school then  Shanni Sharma S/O Sh.  Ramesh Sharma R/OMumail Tehsil Karsog  tried to outrage her modesty  and  also threatened  with dire consequent . ASI Amar Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBIDIENCE TO AN ORDER

3          Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 25/05/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered inn P.S.  Karsog by ASI Gulab Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog  that  Madan Lal S/O Sh. Sairu R/OMaid P.O. Balandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  arrested by him  who was  wanted in Case FIR No.31/07 U/S 325 IPC  and he  was declared  proclaimed offender  by the  Ld. JMIC Karsog on 29/05/10 . ASI  Gulab Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No.41/13 dated 24/05/13 U/S 341, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Miss Shivani D/O Sh.  Dayanand R/O Batdhar P.O. Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on  23/05/13  at about  5:30 PM when she was going  to her cowshed for drinking water to the cattles, in mean time  Rattan Lal S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Batdhar P.O. Nohali came there and obstructed her way . HC  Anil Kumar No. 412 I/O of P.S. Padhar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 137/13 dated 24/05/13 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Smt.. Aamrita Rai W/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Kallehari P.O. Bhadarar Tehsil Sarkaght  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 24/05/13  at about 9:30 PM when  she was present along with her husband in their house, in mean time  Rakesh Kumar R/O Chhatar enter into the courtyard of her house and beat both of them . SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 131/13 dated 25/05/13 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Sugrahan P.O. Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  on 24/0513 at about 9:30PM when he was going  to his home in his car and reached near Jarlu Nala, in mean time  Khajan Singh, Samu and Harish came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7             89 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 10,350 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   8 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 800 -/- was recovered  and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
