CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhanu Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh Chandel VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/05/13 at about 09.30AM Vishwanath, Dharmu, Suresh and Manoj stop the car of the complainant and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Salim Kureshi S/O Late Sh. Annadia R/O H. NO. 114/4 Bhojpur Cinema Chowk PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 09.45 AM his nephew Mubattsar Husain along with Rubina beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vhaibhav  Anand S/O Sh. Probhod Anand R/O H. No. 36/13 Ramnagar Mandi (HP) that Manav Kapoor and Mahender Kapoor obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 341,323,382 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Tape Ram VPO Gharahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill. Dhar obstructed his way and beat him up and also snatched his mobile phone. HC Krishan Chand No. 900 I.O. of Police Post Pandoh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 116/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Vill. Baggi PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/05/13 at about 9.30 PM Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Baggi, Jagdish Chand and Ramesh Kumar after obstructing his way beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 117/13 dated 02/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,36 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Devgarh PO Cholgarh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/05/13 Chander Sekhar and his friends beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 01/05/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mul Chand R/O Vill. Khair PO Mahog Tehsil Karog Distt. Mandi that Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Bal Krishan R/O Vill. Need obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8.      52 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
