CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

           

1.      Case FIR No. 94/13 dated 04/05/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Luhardi PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/05/13 Ajit Pal R/O Majhwar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 95/13 dated 04/05/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Mast Ram @ Mohan R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/13 Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hiru and Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Hiru obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3.      Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 05/05/13 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Parwati Devi W/O Late Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Chakkar PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/13 her brother-in-law broke the door of her room, dragged her and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4.      Case FIR No. 119/13 dated 05/05/13 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kulbir Singh S/O Sh. Gulzar Singh R/O Vill. Kot PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/05/13 Mukesh Modi entered in her house and beat her up. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

5.      Case FIR No. 110/13 dated 04/05/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/O H. No. 6 Ward No. 12 Ramnagar Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/13 some unknown culprits entered in his house and stole away jewelery and  cash of worth Rs. 10,000/-. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.      60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act    during last 24 hours.
