CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND& HUSBAND'S RELATIVE, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

1        Case FIR No.89/13 dated 30/04/13 U/S 498(A), 323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Pooja Devi W/O Sh. Latesh Kumar  R/O Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Mandi  Distt. Mandi(HP)  that  she has been married  with Sh.  Latesh Kumar  since year 2010. Soon after the marriage her husband  started   abusing her for  dowry. On 30/04/13  her husband came in home under the  influence of alcohol  and beat her and also threatened with dire consequence . Although  they have already compromised 2/3 times  through CDPO Mandi but all in vain. Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by  (Prob) SI Munish Raj I/O of P.S. Balh

CASE OF HURT

2        Case FIR No.88/13 dated 30/04/13 U/S 324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Latesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Nath R/O Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/04/13 he has  beaten by his wife, Pooja and  his mother-in-law, Ram Kumari  and he sustained injuries. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM  PUBLIC SERVANT

3        Case FIR No. 102/13 dated 1/05/13  U/S  174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Vijay Kumar  that  he along with other police officials of P.S. Sundernagar  arrested  Karnail Singh  S/O Sh. Bakhashi Ram  R/O Chetran Tehsil  Haroli Distt. Una (H.P.) who  was wanted in Case FIR No.309/02 dated11/09/02 U/S 279,337 IPC  and declared PO by Ld Court JMIC-I  Sundernagar  on 1/09/12. Police is investigating the case . 

4       ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE.

(1)   Accused Sanjeev Kumar  S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) has been arrested in Case FIR No.89/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S  451, 323, 325, 506 IPC P.S. Sundernagar . Arrested by HC  Santa Kumar  No. 56 I/O of P.P. Slapper on 30/04/13  at 5:30 PM

(2)    Accused  Karnail Singh S/O  Sh. Bakhashi Ram R/O  Chetran  Tehsil Haroli Distt. Una (H.P.)       has been arrested in case FIR No.309/02 dated 11/09/02 U/S 279,337 IPC P.S Sundernagar. Arrested by ASI Vijay Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sundernagar on 30/04/13  at 4:10 PM.

CHALLAN

5        53 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 6700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   4 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 500 -/- was recovered  and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
