CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.72/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 447, 504 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Tulsi Ram S/O Sh. Mahesh Ram R/O Jatehar P.O. Bag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  he is the owner of  land Khasa No. 679/1 and  he also set up the boundary wall on his  land . On  29/04/13 at about 4:30 PM   Ram Singh came there along with his wife , Geeta Devi and  removed the boundary wall  and occupied his land . ASI Karan Singh I/C of P.P. Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF MURDER

2        Case FIR No.36/13 dated 30/04/13 U/S 302 IPC  has  been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the  complaint of Sh.  Narayanu S/O Sh. Maghu Ram  R/O Kushla P.O. Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/04/13 at about 8:30 PM after attending a  marriage   when he was going  to his home  along with his family ,in mean time he heard the noise of crying his  brother Devi Singh. He went on the spot and found that his "Bhabhi"   Manjeet Kour  was  lying dead.  Her  husband   Devi Singh S/O Sh. Maghu Ram R/O Kushla  P.O. Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) has been  arrested  on suspicion . SI Binny Minhas  SHO  of  P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.104/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh. Vikky S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)that on 29/04/13  when he was coming to Mandi on his Tractor No.(HP65-2487) and reached near Pullghart,in mean time a Scooty  came rashly from Mungawain side and his his Tractor . HC  Nand Lal I/O of High Way Traffic Mandi  is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the   complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar that on 29/04/13 when he was coming to Mandi in his Tata Sumo No. (HP01K-1336) and he reached nearJaral Colony, in same time  Moter / Cycle No.(HP33A-5176) came rashly from Pandoh Side and hit his Vehicle. HC Manohar Lal  I/O of High Way Patrol Mandi is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5             Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 29/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Chaman Lal   that  on 29/04/13  on an information  he went on the spot  along  with other police officials then found that     Moter/Cycle No.(HP-6796)  which was  going to Mandi  met to an accident  with Jeep No.(HP66-3112)  at Shala Nala  and M/Cycle Rider Mohit Kathial S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Badahar  sustained injuries    and  Jeep No.(HP66-3112) fell 25 Mtr. Downward  from the road  which was driven by Pravin and also sustained injuries.  ASI Chaman Lal I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6             68 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 10,000 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   10 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 1000 -/- was recovered  and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
