CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

1. Case FIR No. 28/13 dated 21/04/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  against   Chandu Ram @ Roop Chand S/O Sh. Jog Raj VPO Dobhi Tehsil & Distt. Kullu (HP) that he has been arrested on 21/04/13 because he was  wanted in case FIR No. 286/02 dated 18/06/2002 U/S 279,337 IPC and  declared PO on 19/07/2010 by the Ld. court of JMIC Court No.III of Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 22/04/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O Vill. Hiundi PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/04/13 at about 6 PM she was coming back to her home along with her husband and when they reached at Hiundi Het Ram S/O Sh. Balku Ram obstructed way of her husband and slapped him and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 21/04/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Anita Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Majhkhetar PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/04/13 Jamna W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Majhkhetar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

4.      69 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
