1 Case FIR No.101/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. D.K. Thakur at present Executive Engineer HPSEB Division No. III Mandi that during the intervening night of 24-25/04/13 some unknown culprits stole away the 320 Ltr. electric oil from the transformer situated at Bijani . CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2 Case FIR No.102/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh.Prem Singh S/O Sh. Basant Singh R/O Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that his son has been kidnapped by someone with the intension to kill him. SI Chanchal Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No.99/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Manchali Devi W/O Late Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 26/04/13 at about 3PM when she was going to her home and reached near Thalla , in mean time she bite by the pet dog of Nikka Ram and she got injuries. HC Tek Chand No.902 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Churd Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P) that on 26/04/13 Smt. Rukmani Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram resident of same locality obstructed his way and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Ram Sawroop I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No.110/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 498(A), 352, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Jeeva Nand R/O Mashyani P.O. Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Jeeva Nand S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Mashyani P.O. Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi during the year 1996. But after the marriage her husband Jeeva Nand ,father-in-lawBrij Lal, mother-in-law Durgi Devi, sister-in-law Pavna Devi started to torture her for dowry and also assaulted by her father-in law Brij Lal and regularly harassed & beat her and threatened with dire consequence by all the family members. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Mandi (H.P.) that she was married with Raku Ram S/O Shiv Ram R/O Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P) during the year 2011 . Her marriage was solemnized as per Hindu rites and rituals. But after one year of marriage her father-in-law Shiv Ram, mother-in-law Rumla Devi started to torture her for dowry and regularly harassed her and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Kuldeep Singh No.409I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS
7 Case FIR No.52/13 dated 27/04/13 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O Boi P.O. Hada Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 26/04/13 at about 2:15 PM when he was going to the village Boi and reached near Deyra Nala, in mean time Jeep No. HP31A-7085 came rashly and fell down 350 feet downward from the road which was driven by the owner of the Jeep Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/O Boi died on the spot and other persons sustained injuries. SI Satish Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case .

8 Case FIR No.53/13 dated 27/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. karsog on the complaint of Sh. Girja Nand S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/OKahano P.O. Bhilindi Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi that on 26/04/13 at about 9PM Lakshmi kant , Sant Ram obstructed his way and beat him. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I/O of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS

9 Case FIR No.32/13 dated 26/04/13 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mani Ram S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Ghuran P.O. Thachi Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 26/04/13 at about 6:30 PM when he was present Hanogi Bridge, in mean time Truck No. (HP66-1910) came rashly and hit the M/Cycle No. (HP32A-0590) and Chet Ram who is sitting behind the above M/Cycle died on the spot and rider Mani Ram sustained injuries . This incident occurred due to the rash driving of the dirver of truck, Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/OKhenar P.O. Kothi Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case .
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
10 1)Accused Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Noulakha P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi & Mukesh Kumar S/O Balak Ram resident of same locality has been arrested in Case FIR No.96/13 dated 25/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 324, 326, 34 IPC P.S. Sundernagar Arrested on 26/04/13 at 8PM by ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar and produced before the Ld Court JMIC / Sundernagar today.
2)Accused Raghubir Singh S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Kalohed Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested in Case FIR No.94/13 dated 23/04/13 U/S 430 IPC & 3 of PDP Act P.S. Sundernagar Arrested on 26/04/13 and produced before the Ld Court JMIC/ Snndernagar today.
CHALLAN
4 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11000 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 700 -/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
