CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No.98/13 dated11/04/13 U/S 323, 324, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Banmangoh P.O.Pounta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi(H.P.) that on 11/04/13 her husband  Joginder Singh  and   her sister-in-law beat her and she sustained injuries. ASI Ajit Singh I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT , MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION

2        CaseFIR No. 99/13 dated 11/04/13 U/S 451, 354, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Devi W/O Sh. Sushil kumar  R/O Behri Kaliga Nepal at present  residing in the rented house of Sh. Jai Chand R/O Prasada P.O. Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 11/04/13 at about  8 PM she was present in her house, in mean time Jeet Ram R/O Parsada entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. HC kuldeep Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF FORGERY AND   CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

3        Case FIR No.73/13 dated 11/04/13 U/S 468, 469, 471, 474, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by the Ld Court JMIC-III Mandi   and on the complaint of  Sh. Durga Dass S/O Sh.  Polho Ram R/O Bhayarta that   undeserving  persons has been entered in  the list of  BPL(below poverty line)  by the Gram Panchayat Bhayarta. ASI kuldeep Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND OR HUSBAND'S RELATIVES   AND HURT

4        Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 12/04/13 U/S 498(A), 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Sarnu Devi W/O Sh  Gyan  Chand R/O Lot P.O. Nandin Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  she has been married with Gyan Chand  in  year 2011. After the 6-7 month of the marriage  her husband  Gyan Chand , husband's mother Budhi Devi,  and Jiwa Nand  started to harass her  and also beat her . (Prob) S.I.. Nirmal Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 12/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh.Bashakhu Ram R/O Jarol P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 12/04/13 at about 11:20 AM when he  was going to his home   on his scoter No.(HP31-3370) when he  reached near  new bus stand Sundernagar,   Moter CycleNo.(HP31A-0552) which was driven by  Dinesh Rana S/O Sh. Daya Ram VPO Mahadev came rashly from Mandi side and hit his scoter. ASI Sharwan Kumar I/C of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6        68 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 9400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   4 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 400 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
