CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O VPO Palach Sub Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 03/04/13 he came along with his friend Sh. Tikkam Ram at Kashana and when they were standing on the road, some people came there and beat up both of them.

2. Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Dumnu Ram R/O Vill. Lugadi PO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/13 his uncle Chuhru Ram,his son Bhoop Singh and Nok Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 31/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Sharma S/O Sh. Delai Ram R/O VPO Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/13 Raju Ram S/O Late Sh. Guljari Lal R/O Vill. Lehanidhar PO Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP) was standing on the road side at Aut, in the mean time a car came from Kullu side very rashly and hit to Raju Ram who sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPSASS, MISCHIEF, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 91/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O Vill. Fatoh PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present salesman in wine shop at Tamlar that on 09/04/13 at about 10 PM Nikku Ram and Bittu R/O Tamler entered in the wine shop and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF THEFT

5. Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Nilman Singh      R/O Vill. Kothi PO Khadiyar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night on 08-09/04/13 some unknown culprits stole away golden ornaments and cash Rs. 8,000/- from her house. ASI Karam Singh I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundenrnagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/13 Bittu @ Kamlesh Kumar and his wife Smt. Lata Devi R/O Dehar obstructed her way and beat her  up. HC Hem Raj I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 78/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Sahlo Ram VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/13 Roop Singh S/O Sh. Nand Lal VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

8. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
