CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 CaseFIR No. 42/13 dated 5/04/13 U/S 452, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mangat Ram S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Drasti P.O. Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 5/04/13 when he was present in the house of his grandmother, in mean time Sant Ram, Bhimi and Kesheri entered into the courtyard of house and beat him and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Shashi Kumar I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF FOREST ACT
2 Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 06/04/13 U/S 379 IPC and 41, 42 IF Act has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar by HC Rajmal that when said HC was laid a naka along with other Police officials at Pathankot Chowk then during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 7kg 500 gram Gucchi from the possession of Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Chand R/O Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi , Kamal Kant S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Singh P.O. Kunnu and Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Saran Dass R/O Galog P.O. Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) HC Rajmal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 64challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,900 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 100 -/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
