CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.72/13 dated 02/04/13 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Daula Ram R/O Swad P.O. Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 01/04/13 at about 10PM when he was present in his home, in mean time Nag Chand S/O Sh. Narotam resident of same locality entered into the courtyard of his house and beat him up and threatened with dire consequence. HC inder Singh No.880 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ARSON
2 Case FIR No.83/13 dated 2/04/13 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Farman Chand Malhotra S/O Sh. Bhupinder Pal R/O House No. 163/08 Chohatta bazzar Mandi that during the intervening night of 1-2/04/12 at about 1:30 AM some unknown person burnt his M/Cycle No.(HP33C-3835) along with M/Cycle No.(HP33B-6977) .SI Chet Singh Bhangalia I/C of P.P. City is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 51 challans were issued and fine of Rs.2700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 600 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
