CRIME REPORT 21 APRIL

CASE OF MURDER

1.      Case FIR No. 94/13 dated 21/04/13 U/S 302,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kedar Nath S/O Sh. Rangi Lal R/O Vill. Gayeghat PO Hayser Bazaar Tehsil Dhanghat Distt. Sant Kabir Nagar (UP) that on 20/04/13 at about 07.30 PM he was coming back to his quarter and he saw Mukhiya & Ritesh Handa were sitting near Hanuman Ghat Mandi. After some time he came back from his quarter to bring the water and he saw Mukhiya and Ritesh Handa went inside the Sarai and sit-down nearby Govind Ram who was sleeping there. At about 10 PM he heard loud crying of Govind Ram and he suspects that Mukhiya and Ritesh Handa killed Govind Ram. SI Chet Singh I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 84/13 dated 20/04/13 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Singh GPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/13 he was parking his tractor (HP32-6595) in the mean time Geeta Nand and Pinku beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 21/04/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Pratap Singh R/O Vill. Sundal PO Taur Jajar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/40/13 at about 08.30PM he was going to his home and on the way Vicky, Rajender and Joginder obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Jagdish  Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

4.      Case FIR No. 48/13 dated 20/04/13 U/S 457,427,506,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Rukmani  Devi W/O Sh. Subhash Sood R/O Vill. Nayara PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Nayara PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son Lakshya Sharma entered in the residential complex of the complainant and damaged the boundary wall laid by the complainant and also threatened to her with dire consequences. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.      175 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 40,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
