CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 451,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand Arora that Varun Chadda, Subhdra Devi and Hem Raj entered in his balcony, pushed him away and also used filthy language. SI Chet Singh Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Vill. Badal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/04/13 Jai Gopal, Kashmiri Devi and Madhu obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kashmiri Devi W/O Sh. Jai Gopal R/O Vill. Badal PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/04/13 Leela Devi entered inside to her gate and beat her up. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND CIRIMIAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 94/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 498A,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Gharwasra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 2002 with Balak Ram R/O Vill. Gharwasra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) and after 2 years of her marriage, her husband and father-in-law started to torture her for dowry and her husband has also beaten her. ASI Ajeet Singh Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR NO. 95/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 342,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Chandersh Kumri W/O Sh. Mahesh Kumar R/O Vill. Talngra PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/13 her husband obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RIOTING , CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 10/04/13 U/S 147,149,451,379,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Late Sh. Sangaru Ram R/O Vill. Patwana PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sheela Devi, Anil Kumar, Surender Kumar, Bhagi Rath, Neel Dhar, Dhan Dev, Pano Devi, Sonu Devi, Jayoti Devi, Mohan Lal, Kamla Devi and Hans Raj all resident of Vill. Patwana PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his land and cut down the wheat crop. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7.      72 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
