CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1       Case FIR No.100/13 dated 15/04/13 U/S 498(A), 306 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt. Sumla Devi W/O Late Sh.  Hem Raj R/O Chaleli Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (H.P.) that her daughter Meena Kumar  was married  along with Vijay Kumar  S/O Sh. Lalman R/O Sukhar P.O. Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)in year 2012 under Hindu Religion . But after some  time  her husband Vijay Kumar , father-in-law  Lalman, and  mother-in-law Kanta Devi has been  harassed her by demanding dowry. On today i.e.15/04/13 her daughter consumed some poison material and died in C.H. Hospital Baldwara. ASI Ajeet  Singh I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case

CASE   OF GAMBLING ACT

2        Case FIR No.84/13 dated 14/03/13  U/S 13 of  Gambling Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Ram Sawroop  that on 14/04/13 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then he found  that   Bablu S/O Sh. Sihnu Ram, Nikku Ram S/O Sh. Sant Ram, Sohan Lal S/O Sh.Gujju Ram and Roshan Lal S/Osh. Gandhi Ram  all the resident of  R/O Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) were gambling in the   house of  Devinder Kumar  S/O Sh. Gain Chand  resident of same locality and also recovered the Rs.850-/- from the spot . ASI Ram Sawroop I/C of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT  

3       Case FIR No 85/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Mohd. Raffic S/O Sh. Abdual Mazid R/O Dugrain P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that he is the driver of  Car No.(HP03D-1371). On 14/04/13 at about 8:05 PM  when he was  going    from Shimla to Kullu along with  Balwant Singh  and reached near Kanaid , in same time  Swift Car No.(HP33C-3623) came rashly  from back side and hit his car from driver side. ASI Vijay Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT 

4        Case FIR No.77/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Ram S/O Late Sh. Bhugnu Ram R/O Bharadwan P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  14/04/13 when he was going to his home  in his Jeep No.(HP33B-0204) and he reached Seyoli, in mean time Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh.  Ram Dass obstruct his way and beat his up. HC Ram Singh No.66 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

5       Case FIR No.78/13 dated 15/04/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram R/O Sarua P.O. Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 14/04/13 at about 8:00PM when he was going to his home , in mean time Baldev Ram S/O Sh.Relu Ram resident of same locality obstruct his way and beat him up. ASI Susil Kumar I/C of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6        50 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 4650 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challan  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
