CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 14/04/13 at about 11:50 AM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 1Kg. 300 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Tapnal P.O. Gadagusaini Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his bag. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
2 Case FIR No. 76/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Tawan P.O. Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) the he is working as a priest in the Sheetla Mata temple . On 12/04/13 at about 7:30 AM he opened the temple and found that some unknown persons stolen away the silver ornaments. Total value of the stolen property is Rs.45000-/-. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Dhawan Distric Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/04/13 at about 6:00 PM when he and krishan Chand were going to Bhangrotu on Moter Cycle No.(HP33B-4081) and reached near Medical Collage, in mean time white colour car came rashly and hit his Moter Cycle from back side and both of them sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
4 Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dumanu Ram S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Sanohal P.O. Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that during the intervening night of 12-13/04/13 some unknown culprits stole away the four tyres of his Neno Car No. A/F. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I/O of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.
.CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
5 Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 14/04/13 U/S 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Murari Lal R/O Nagarda P.O. Beena Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi (H.P.) that he is working as a conductor with private Bus No.(HP31A-3485). On 13/04/13 when he was coming from Bilaspur along with bus as per sanctioned root and reached near Slapper Coloney, in mean time Rajinder, Surender, sanju , Gurdwaru came along with two another persons and obstruct the Road and also beat him along with bus driver. ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
6 Case FIR No. 83/13dated 14/04/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Khan S/O Late Sh.Karim Khan R/O Gara P.O. Chatrokhri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that some unknown culprits stole away some glasses, Graba, and Chowki from his house by breaking the locks of the door . Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 50,000/55,000-/- (Prob.) SI Hans Raj I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 13/04/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prithvi Thakur S/O Sh.Jai Singh R/O Bryali P.O. Darlaghat Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan that he is driver of Truck No.(H.P.64-3624). On 13/04/13 when he was going from Darlaghat to Manali and rached near old Bus Stand Sundernagar, in same time Car No.(H.P.34A-8433) which is driven by Pervesh Chuhan S/O Sh. Piyar Chand VPO Puied Tehsil sadar Distt. Kullu came rashly from Mandi side and hit his Truck and sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 48 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 200 -/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
