CASE OF THEFT

1.      Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Singh S/O Sh. Nimtu Ram R/O Vill. Chhanang PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/13 at about 10 PM his son Raj Kumar parked his vehicle (HP01M-3902) in hotel Hill-Top at Chhanang and went to home. During the intervening night on07-08/04/13 some unknown culprits stole away his vehicle above mentioned vehicle. Approximately cost of said stolen vehicle is about Rs. 95,000/-. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST GOVERNMENT SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 353,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jeewan Lal S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Vill. Matkehru PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is president of G.P. Drubbal  and on 08/04/13 at about 11.30 AM during the course of hearing of a case of Smt. Pushpa Devi Vs Lalit Kumar, Lalit Kumar attacked upon him with a plastic chair and he also threatened to him. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Mashwahan PO  Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 8 AM her husband Roshan Lal beat her up and also threatened her. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

4.      Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 09/04/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. M.R. Gautam R/O Vill.Chanden Gala PO Pressi Sb Tehsil Nihri (HP) that representative of Novatium Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Unitech World Cyber Park Sec. 39 Gurgaon (Haryana) visited on 25/07/10 at Charkharri and told that his company will delivered computer systems those  who have possessed  BSNL Landline connection and for booking a sum of Rs. 3000/- is required as surety money from individual concerned. On this he deposited sum of Rs. 3000/- but till date he didn't received any computer system from said company. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER I.T. ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 76/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 66 I.T. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Vill.Nalini PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a received a an obscene SMS in his mobile No. 9418124487 from mobile No. 9736289825. Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 90/13 date 08/04/13 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Jai Devi D/O Sh. Pal Singh VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/13, Rajender Verma S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Ropari entered in her courtyard and beat up her son. HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.      Case FIR No. 89/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 279,336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Hans Raj S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Chanian PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/13 at Batail a truck No. (HP28B-0178)  was parked on the wrong side and at about 03.30 PM a M/Cycle (HP28-6418) was going towards Jahu side and another truck No. (HP11-3520)  came from opposite side and rider of above M/Cycle firstly struck with truck No. (HP28B-0178) and thereafter with truck (HP11-3520) and fell down on the road. HC Hem Chand No. 883 I.O. P.P.Hattli is investigating the case.

8.      59  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5400/-  was recovered under M.V. Act      during last 24 hours.
