CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 28/13 dated 03/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut that on 03/04/13 a car (HP33-9280) was going from towards Premjani village and driver of said car Jai Ram S/O Sh. Naru Ram R/O Chjalouti PO Panarsa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi lost control over it and said car fell down from the road about 200 mtrs. He along with his associate Sh. Krishan Chand  sustained injuries. SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 28/13 dated 03/04/13 U/S 279,337,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bali Bhadar S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Neri PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/04/13 Sh,. Rajender S/O Sh. Hardyal R/O Badroun PO Hawanu came from Chambi by his a vehicle (HP32-5003) very rashly and when he reached at Neri, his car fell down into a Nullah and two persons sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 03/04/13 U/S 323,504,506 IPC and U/S 3 of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Vill. Hawani PO Tikkari Sub Tehsil Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/03/13 Tej Singh S/O Sh. Dandu Ram R/O Vill. Tikkari PO Hawan Sub Tehsil Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up and also insulted and humiliated her intentionally. Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia, SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

4.      Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 03/04/13 U/S 147,149,447,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Chaudhary Ram R/O Badresa PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Raghu Ram S/O Sh. Nikka Ram, Parbati Devi W/O Sh. Raghu Ram, Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Raghu Ram, Judhya Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Singh, Rakesh S/O Sh. Sohan Singh, Asha Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh all resident of the same locality entered in his land cut down the wheat crop and plants etc. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5.      43 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs.5000 /-was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
