CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No71/13 dated 07/04/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/13 at about 06.20 PM he parked his tractor at Gutkar, in the mean time Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Singh VPO Gutkar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Shilpa Devi W/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Hawani PO Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/04/13 she along with her maternal grand-mother Smt. Sanheru Devi were going from Chamukha to Sundernagar and when they reached at Pungh Check Post, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP21A-6774) came from Chamukha side very rashly and hit her maternal grand-mother Smt. Sanehru Devi and sped away from the spot. In this accident she along with her maternal grand-mother Smt. Sanehru Devi sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 07/04/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Yudhvir Singh S/O Sh. Davar Ram R/O Vill. Chaira PO MEchandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Tani Ram R/O Vill. Chaira PO Maihandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat her up. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 08/04/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint ot Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Tani Ram R/O Vill. Chaira PO Maihandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Yudhvir Singh S/O Sh. Davar Ram R/O Vill. Chaira PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

5.      Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 07/04/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kanchan W/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Parwad PO Tarnoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present President G.P. Tarnoh that during the intervening night of 06-07/04/13 some unknown culprits stole away the computers, printers, CPU,UPS and speaker etc. from the Panchayat Bhawan. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 45,000/-. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 07/04/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Hadu Ram R/O Vill. Janed PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/13 at about 8 PM when he reached at Janed, he saw that Prakaram is beating to Himmat Ram. ASI Swaranroop Singh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

            Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 07/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand S/O Sh. Luharu Ram R/O Vill. Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/04/13 at about 12.30 PM a jeep (HP66-2053) met with an accident at Luhakhar and driver of said jeep Shesh Ram and his two associate sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7.      84 challans   were issued  and fine of Rs. 15,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and   3 challans  were issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 300 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
