CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION

1. Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar  (fictitious name) S/O Late Sh. Keshav Ram (fictitious name) PO Kandha Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/04/13 he along with his wife went to Kandha and his daughter Bharti (fictitious name)  who is 15 years old was present in his house. At about 6 PM he came back along with his wife to his house and they didn't find their daughter in his house and he suspects that his daughter was kidnapped by some unknown person with the intention to marry with her. ASI Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR 39/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Goahr on the complaint of Sh. Bir Bhadar Singh S/O Sh. Gokal Chand R/O Vill. Lamab PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/13  Sh. Devi Singh and Sh. Bhup Singh were travelling by a vehicle (HP32B-0358) which was driven by driver Hem Singh S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Jhakri PO Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) and when said vehicle  reached at Jamu Nulla, driver Hem Singh lost control over said vehicle and it fell down about 200 mtrs. down from the road. In this incident Sh. Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Murahala died on the spot where as Sh. Devi Singh and driver Hem Singh sustained injuries. ASI Nasib Singh I.O. P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 19/04/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mani Ram S/O Sh. Kala Ram R/O Ghangal PO Harabag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a M/Cycle (HP33D-0202) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with the railing of the Slapper bridge and M/Cycle rider Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O VPO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) fell down in Satluj river.   ASI Khalil Ahmad I.O. of Highway Patrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 20/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Namit Sharma S/O Sh. Kamal Kumar Sharma R/O Near Post Office Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 17/04/13 he and his aunty Smt. Manju Sharma W/O Sh. Sanjay Sharma were travelling by a M/Cycle (HP53-9558) from Jogindernagar to Baijnath and when they reached Dak Bagra, a person namely Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Gunehar PO Bir Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) came by his scooty (HP53-7244) from back side very rashly and negligently and hit his M/Cycle due to which his M/Cycle fell down on the road and he along with his aunty sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Singh No. 42 of Highway Beat No. 7 is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5. Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 20/04/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Hirdu Ram R/O Vill. Rathol PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/04/13 Ram Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh No.66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
