CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ROITING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No 203/12 dated 03/08/12 U/S 341,323, 147,149,504,506 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Yaseen Mohmad S/O Sh Mazeed Deen R/O Village Jhanjhel PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on  03/08/12 at about 3.45 PM when he was present at Bus Stand Sarkaghat  in mean time Narender Kumar, Labbi, Ashish, Prashant and Rishu came there and beat him up and also abused him and threatened him. (Prob) SI Sanjeev Kumar I/O  of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No 204/12 dated 03/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered  in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Kehar Singh S/O Sh Gobind Ram R/O Village Piplil PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 03/08/12 at about 5 PM when he was working in his field  in mean time  Nirmla Devi came there and beat him up and abused him .  ASI Subhash Kumar I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3          Case FIR No 205/12 dated 03/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Nirmla Devi W/O Sh Hukam Chand R/O Village Piplil PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on  03/08/12 at about 3.30 PM when she was working in her field   in mean time  Kehar Singh, his wife and daughter-in-law Neelma Devi came there and beat her up  and  also abused her . ASI Subhash Kumar IO of  PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE  UNDER SECTION 3 OF HP PREVENTION OF DISFIGUREMENT ACT

4          Case FIR No. 125/12 dated 03/08/12 U/S 3 of HP  prevention of Disfigurement Act No.12 has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Narender singh junior Engineer,and Dayal singh thakur Additional assistant NH Section HPPWD Joginder Nagar,and Gumma Distt Mandi that the slogans in favour of sh Ajay Dharwal S/O sh Pitamber Lal R/O Main Market Joginder Nagar Distt Mandi has been found written  on Govt property such as HPPWD NH Rain Shelter, Bir CHOWK, tourist resting place Ghatta and rain sheltter Harabag, rain sheltter upper harabag rain sheltter galu, rain sheltter Gumma etc. which caused damage to the public property. ASI Harinaryan singh I/O of this PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5          113 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
