CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 90/12 dated 02/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh. Loharu Ram R/O Vill. Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 18/07/12 her son Yogesh Kumar was playing on the road side at Suha nullah along with some other boys. In the mean time a M/Cycle came from Janjehali side and hit  her son and he sustained injuries. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

2.     Case FIR No. 200/12 dated 02/08/12 has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Mehar Chand Puri, M/S Puri Ornaments H. No. 125/7 Moti Bazaar Mandi that two person came in his shop and told him to show a mangal sutra. In the mean time they stole away two natha and a clip of gold and sped away from the shop. Approximate value of stolen property is about Rs. 1 lac. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

3.     Accused Dev Raj S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Mintu @ Khem Raj S/O Sh. Ludar Singh R/O Vill. Siharal PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were arrested from Dhanotu who were wanted in case FIR No. 63/12 dated 01/08/12 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 123/12 dated 02/08/12 U/S 323,324,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Jagatpur Ropari PO Ropari Kehlehru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi thhar he was going to his quarter and when he reached at railway fatak, in the mean time an alto car came and stopped in front of him. 7/8 persons came out from said car and beat him up and also abused him. SI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

5.     Case FIR No. 124/12 dated 03/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Aman Chand S/O Sh. Bachiter Singh R/O Dharun Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 02/08/12 he parked his tata sumo vehicle out side of his shop having temporary No. (HP14C-3304) and today he found said vehicle missing. He suspects that some unknown culprits stole away his vehicle. ASI Subhash Chand I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.     114 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
