1. Case FIR No. 65/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Jaleshwar R/O Vill. Ghoridhar PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 06/07/12 he was coming back from Hatgarh by his car (HP31-3344) which was driven by Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O Vill. Vinayak PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi and when they reached at Dhanotu driver of above vehicle Devinder Kumar lost control over it and struck with a truck due to which one occupant namely Fagnu Ram S/O Late Sh. Chuharu Ram Tehsil Sundernagar sustained injuries who is admitted in C.H. Sundernagar. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF INTERST AND CHEATING
2. Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 409,420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Late Sh. Hari Singh R/O VPO Bagsaid Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi at present Asstt. Manager (Deputation) in Himachal Gramin Bank branch at Thunag that Dhoom Ram Yadav is posted as cashier in said branch. On 06/08/12 Devinder Kumar came to bank for withdrawal of cash of worth Rs. 30,000/- but cashier Doom Ram ignored him by saying that there is no sufficient cash in the bank. On this he checked out the status of cash in computer and found that there is sufficient amount of cash is available in account head of said branch i.e. cash of worth Rs. 3,46,740/- is available with bank but physically only cash of worth Rs. 50,502/- was available with said branch and cash of worth Rs. 2,96,238/- was found short with bank due to forged and misappropriate conduct of above Doom Ram Yadav cashier of above mentioned branch. ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY
3. Case FIR No. 205/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harish Behl R/O H. No. 30/8 Bagla Muhallla Mandi that on 07/08/12 02.30 AM his neighbourer Devesh Vaidya @ Mukhia S/O Late Sh. Hem Raj Vaidya H. No. 128/06 broke the lock of doors of his house at 4th and 5th floor and tried to commit theft who was caught in red handed by the complaint and handed over to police. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 136/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Virender Sharma S/O Sh. Desh Raj Sharma R/O H. No. 178/09 Bhojpur Sundernagar that on 06/08/12 he was going to his home along with his daughter Banga Sharma and Bhupesh Sharma and when they reached at Bhojpur Bazaar, a M/Cycle came from Old Bus Stand side very rashly and his daughter Banga Sharma which was ridden by Tarun Chaudhary @ Happy S/O Sh. Mast Ram. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
5. Case FIR No. 137/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Vill. Chanol PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/07/12 at about 05.30 PM he was going to his home by a private bus and conductor of said bus beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR No. 129/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Vill.Kauswal Chawasi PO Pokhi Teshil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that he loaded apple in a pickup jeep (HP30-0384) and when said jeep reached at Albe nullah driver of said jeep lost control over it and rolled down from the road and driver Bansi Lal of said jeep sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Singh, I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
7. Sudesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sunder Singh VPO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING
8. Smt. Motu Devi W/O Late Sh. Kalu Ram R/O Vill. Boaching Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi aged about 70 year old fell down from a terrain at Jhar and died on the spot. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.
CHALLANS
9. 134 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
