CRIME REPORT 30 AUG

CASE OF PREPVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 223/12 dated 30/08/12 U/S 3 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Singh S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Vill. Majhyath PO Balhra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi that during the intervening night of 28-29/08/2012 some unknown culprits broke the inauguration plate of GPS Dhanalag. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P.Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 229/12 dated 30/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Rajni Negi W/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Khawangi PO Recong Peo Distt. Kinnaur (HP) that today at about 12.10 PM she was coming back from DAV school Mandi  along with her daughter Apoorva Negi and when they reached at Khaliar,  an Innova vehicle (DL-1YB-1860) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit her daughter Apoorva who sustained injuries. HC Manohar Lal No. 13 I/C Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 228/12 dated 29/08/12 U/S 325,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O Chadyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/08/12 at about 6.30 PM Gurdev and Kalu Ram beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 232/12 dated 29/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Barsu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Ramu R/O VPO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CHALLAN

5.      134  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20, 800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1600/--   was recovered  during last 24 hours
