Mandi that his minor daughter Tara Devi was kidnapped on 09/08/12 from Thachi by Bablu S/O Sh. Kundan R/O Chadidhar along with Kishan Chand, Nota Ram and Munshi Ram. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 09/08/12 he along with his uncle Suresh Kumar were going at Chhera Khad, in the mean time Lachman S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Bajehal obstructed his way and beat up both of them. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

Hukam Chand R/O Kushla PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 10/08/12 at about 09.15 AM he was coming back to his home on the Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Roshan Lal and her son Gurdev Singh obstructed his way and beat her up. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 141/12 dated 10/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj Sharma R/O Beena PO Kalohad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he is conductor with private bus (HP31A-5010). On 10/08/12 he was on duty with above mentioned bus and when said bus reached at Bhawana, Bittu S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Bangla Tehsil Sunderngar blew a whistle and driver stopped the bus. Bittu came out and stood in front of said bus and thereafter he beat him up. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
5. Case FIR No. 129/12 dated 10/08/12 U/S 336,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sudesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jagat Singh R/O Vill. Barli PO Shiva Tehsil Paunta Sahib Distt. Sirmaour (HP) at present Forman ABIR Company 3rd stage of Uhal project at Machhyal Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that today he was working along with 5-6 workers in the tunnel and at about 1.45 PM electric sparking took place near main switch and due to said electric sparking one electric wire fell down from the main switch in a water and he along with Jagdish Chand and Subhash Chand gripped by the electric current. By some extra ordinary efforts, Jagdish Chand switch off the main switch and he along with Jagdish Chand escaped but Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Relu Ram R/O VPO Majharnoo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi died and other two labourer sustained injuries. This incident took place due to negligence of M/S ABIR Company. HC Snajeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

Achhar Singh R/O Chaswal PO Sajaopiploo Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that Prem Singh S/O Sh. Nek Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagahat is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
7. Accused Harish Kumar @ Prince S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Chhattar Kalehari PO Narola Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and Shubh Lata @ Shubhu W/O Sh. Virender Kumar R/O Plasi PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) were arrested were arrested by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat who were wanted in case FIR No. 129/12 dated 22/05/12 U/S 363,366,376,120B IPC and are being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC Sarkaghat.

8. Case FIR No. 210/12 dated 10/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Baldev Verma S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O Vill. Chhipanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 10/08/12 at o5.30 PM he was going to his house by his scooter and when he reached near the house of Biri Singh @ Biri Bhai, he obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
9. Accused Dina Nath S/O Sh. Padam Singh R/O Vill. Dhiun PO Bir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi, Diwakar S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Vill. Dhiun PO Bir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were arrested on 10/08/12 who were wanted in case FIR No. 451,323,504,506,34 IPC & Sec 3 of SC & ST Act and they are being produced before the Ld. Court.
CHALLANS
10. 120 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
