CASE OF HURT

1.     Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 20/08/12 U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Dinesh Kumar VPO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/08/12 at about 3 PM she was present in her cowshed, in the mean time her sister-in-law Smt. Maya Devi threw hot water upon her and she sustained injuries. SI Sanjeev Kumar P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND ATTEMPT TO MURDER

2.     Case FIR No. 99/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 342,323,307 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Dhoom Singh R/O Vill. Single PO Chhatari Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 20/08/12 Puran Chand S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O VPO Chhattri Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) beaten his uncle brutally with sharp weapon and he sustained serious injuries. ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 220/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Hirda Ram R/O VPO Bit Tehsil Sadar Mandi that on 20/08/12 he was going to his home, in the mean time a car (HP33B-2415) came from Mandi side, obstructed his way and Nettar Singh, Man Singh and Naresh Kumar beat him up and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 218/12 dated 20/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O VPO Jawali Distt. Kangra at present conductor in HRTC depot Kullu that on 20/08/12 he was on duty with a bus (HP34B-7501) which was going from Pathankot to Kullu and when said bus reached near Pandoh Dam, a private bus (HP33C-3981) of Anjali Bus Service came from Kullu side towards Mandi very rashly and hit the above mentioned HRTC bus which caused damage to the bus and some passengers also sustained injuries. ASI Roop Lal I/C Highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 219/12 dated 20/08/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath S/O Sh. Padam Singh R/O Dhiun PO Bir  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi driver of an A/F Auto that on 20/08/12 he was going from Mandi towards Bhargaon and when he reached near Bhargaon, a car (HP33B-2415) also came from Mandi side towards Bhargaon and  crossed his auto very rashly and negligently and rolled down from the road about 20-25 mtrs. downwards. Driver of said ill-fated car Naresh Kumar succumbed to his injuries in Z.H. Mandi and another occupant of said car also sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF POISONING

6.     Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Louku Ram R/O VPO Tikkari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died due to consumption of some poisonous substance. Postmortem of dead body is carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli. 

CHALLANS

7.     107 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 26150/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 400/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
