CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND MISCHIEF

1.     Case FIR No. 148/12 dated 23/08/12 U/S 447,379,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Lajya Devi W/O Late Sh. Krishan Lal R/O near Mahamaya Temple Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present H. NO. 186/8 Darmyana Mohalla Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) Yuvraj Lalit Sen had donated a piece of land near Mahamaya Temple in Muhal Haripur to Late Sh. Krishan Lal (husband of the complainant) during the year 1983 being an outstanding Hockey and football player and thereafter he constructed a residential house there. She has kept so much valuable household items inside her house. On 18/08/12 son of the complainant went to deposit the electric bill at Sundernagar and after depositing bill, her son  went to look-after his house but on reaching the spot he found that their house was completely demolished. On enquiry, priest of the temple and neighbourers  told to her son that their house was demolished by Rajiv Katoch, Computer Operator (Accounts Branch) in Maharaja Laxman Sen Memorial College Sundernagar and he has knowingly and willfully entered in the land demolished the house of the complainant and removed the valuable household articles and caused damage and loss to the complainant. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

2.     Case FIR No. 68/12 dated 23/08/12 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Devki Nandan R/O Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi posted as conductor in HRTC depot Sundernagar. On 23/08/12 he was on duty with HRTC bus (HP65-7584) which was bounded from Sundernagar to Doldhar and when said bus reached at Doldhar, Rinku S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Nabaludhar obstructed beat him up and also obstructed him to perform his duty. ASI Hari Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF POISONING

3.     Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Vill. Neri PO Megal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi had consumed some poisonous substance and  she died on 22/08/12 at Z.H. Mandi. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

4.     Ajay Sharma @ Bunty S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Vill. Ranibain PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) has been arrested by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. who is being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi. 

CHALLAN

5.     78 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1800/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours
