CASE OF THEFT

1.     Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Thakar Singh S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Ghanyali PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 16/08/12 at about 4 PM he parked his car (HP32B-0960) in the courtyard of his shop at Ghanyali and today morning 8 AM he found that some unknown culprits stole away stereo of his car during the intervening night of 16-17/08/12. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Vill. Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 15/08/12 Sant Ram S/O Sh. Jhudu R/O Vill. Thachi & Puran Chand S/O Sh. Hadu R/O Vill. Thachi entered in her kitchen and beat her up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 144/12 dated 16/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/08/12 he was present at Bhour, in the mean time a truck (HP49A-0243) came from Nerchowk side very rashly and hit a M/Cycle (HP33B-6325) and rider of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by truck driver Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Gourkhu Ram R/O Jakher Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Vinod Kumar I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 214/12 dated 16/08/12 U/S 342,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Dev S/O Sh. Dahlu Ram R/O VPO Garauru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/03/12 Acchri Dutt S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Vill. Dhanrashi PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) hold him from his neck and dragged to the office of the Naib Tehsildar and locked him about for 30 minutes. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 215/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 341,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Mal S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Vill. Hiun PO Nalyana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 16/08/12 at about 12.30 PM he was present in his home, in the mean time Sohan Singh and his wife Lajja Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Subhash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

6.     Accused Prem Lal S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Dhotha PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was arrested on 16/08/12 by SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh who was wanted in case FIR No. 218/12 dated 14/08/12 U/S 498A,325,323,506 IPC and he is being  produced before the Ld. Court.   

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO POISONING

7.     Hans Raj S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Khandla PO Rajgarh Distt. Mandi was died due to consumption of some poisonous substance. Postmortem of the dead body is being conducted and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.

8.     92 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1000/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
