1. Case FIR No. 212/12 dated 12/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jagat Ram S/O Sh. Peeru Ram VPO Mandal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present Chowkidar in Horticulture department at Jhamar that on 12/08/12 a car (HP33A-1695) came from Mandi side very rashly and struck with the gate of nursery at Jhamar and one person and lady boarded said car sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND ARMS ACT
2. Case FIR No. 215/12 dated 12/08/12 U/S 307,506 IPC and U/S 25, 27 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Negi S/O Sh. Dile Ram Negi R/O Chatrour PO Gagal Distt. Mandi that on 12/08/12 he was standing near a wine shop at Gaggal along with his friends Ravinder Singh, Bhup Singh and Durga Singh, in the mean time Subhash Negi asked him what are saying and also threatened to him and thereafter he fired upon him with his revolver but at onde Ravinder Singh caught his arms and escaped him from the shootout made by above mentioned Subhash Negi by his revolver. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 93/12 dated 12/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tunna and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15 KG lahan from the possession of Soma Devi W/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Tunna PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 94/12 dated 12/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tunna and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15 KG lahan from the possession of Sarswati Devi W/O Sh. Saju Ram R/O Vill. Tunna PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar.
CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT
5. Case FIR No. 132/12 dated 12/08/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Bainsi Ram R/O VPO Khaddar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 10/08/12 he admitted his wife to Civil Hospital Baijnath due to her illness. On 12/08/12 at about 6 AM his brother Sh. Bidhi Chand informed him that lock of his house was found opened and house hold articles were scattered on the rooms. On receiving this information he reached in his house and found that some unknown culprits stole away jewellary along with cash having total value of stolen property is about Rs. 73,600/-. ASI Govind Pal I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
6. 66 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
