CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 24/08/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshal Lal S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O Banoun PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 24/08/12 at about 4 PM he was present in front of his shop at Pungh, in the mean time Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Kapahi came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is  investigating the case.

 CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

2.     Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Inderjeet Singh R/O VPO Bhawarna Tehsil Palampur Distt Mandi and Karan Singh S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Tandi Kalang Distt. Lahaul & Spiti were arrested U/S 107,151 Cr.P.C. by Sh. Abhimanyu Verma, Dy.S.P. (Prob.)  SHO P.S. Sundernagar who are being produced before the SDM Sundernagar.

 CASE OF PREVNTIVE ARREST

3.     Manohar Lal S/O Late Sh. Shadu Ram R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Udham Singh S/O Sh. Thuthiya Ram R/O Vill. Paniyash PO Maloh Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi were arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by  HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar who are being produced before the SDM Sundernagar.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 221/12 dated 24/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Madan Kumar S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Doon PO Kotlu Brahamna Tehsil Ghuarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 24/08/12 he was travelling by a private bus (HP28-6448) and when said bus reached at Barin, in the mean time a HRTC bus (HP07-5390) came from Jahu side and hit above mentioned bus due to which 5 passengers sustained injuries. ASI Ajit Singh I/C Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 80/12 dated 24/08/12 U/S 323,324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Late Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Chaned PO Bhiun Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/08/12 at about 2 PM Beli Ram and Keshav Ram beat him up with sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6.     71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1800/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours
