CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND’S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1.     Case FIR No. 214/12 dated 10/08/12 U/S 498A, 306 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deep Bahadur S/O Late Sh. Hari Ram R/O VPO Tappri Tehsil  Nichar Distt. Kinnaur that his daughter Sangeeta was married with Pawan Kumar S/O Late Ram Chand R /O Village Unnand PO Troh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi during the year 2000 and they have two children from their wedlock. Often Pawan Kumar tortured his daughter for dowry  and in this regard a complaint was also filed in the past with Pradhan of local Panchayat and said Pawan Kumar always used to came in drunken condition  to his home and beat up his daughter. Due to harassment by Pawan  Kumar daughter  Sangeeta died by hanging herself on 09/08/12. SI (Prob.) Vinod Thakur I.O. of PS Balh is investigated the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 132/12dated 09/08/12 U/S 337,338 has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Darshanu Devi W/O Sh. Khub Ram   R/O village Brageta PO Harabohi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (H.P) that she was going the to house of  Karam Dass and when she reached nearby the house of Karam Dass, he hit her with a stone and she sustained injuries on her left arm.  HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of PP Pangna  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No 139/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar  on the complaint  of Miss Shivani Thakur D/O Sh Amar Singh  R/O Badoun PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi  that she is studying in MLSM College Sundernagar on  09/08/12 she was going along with her friend Jyoti Sharma from College and when they reached near  ICFE Institute Chatrokhari, in the mean time a  M/Cycle (HP-31-9808) came from Lalit Chowk side very rashly and hit to  Jyoti Sharma D/O Sh. Karam Chand VPO Jarol Tehsil  Sundernagar  who sustained injury. This accident tookplace due to rash and negligent ridding by Virender S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Bari Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt Mandi.  HC Khem Chand No 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT   

4.     Case FIR No 140/12 dated 09/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  in PS  Sundernagar on the complaimt  of Sh Neel Kamal S/O Sh Arjun Ram  R/O VPO Churag Tehsil  Karsog Distt Mandi  that on 09/08/12  at about 8 PM he was going from Nerchowk towards Ropa and when he reached nearby Chandpur Ropa, in the mean time a scooter  HP31A-3956) came from Dhaneshwari side very rashly and hit a Scooty ( HP31A-5233 ) rider of said scooty sustained injuries.  HC Lalit Kumar No 26  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

         

5.     Case FIR No. 78/12 dated 10/08/12 U/S 147,148,149,323,506 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Shamsher Singh S/O Sh. Premu Ram R/O Bhanwal PO Somnachni Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Thali Ram S/O Sh. Bhag Chand, Dale Ram S/O Sh. Lal Man, Bali Ram,  Chamaru Ram S/O Sh. Mansru Ram, Murari Lal S/O Sh. Chamru Ram, Dolma Devi W/O Sh. Thali Ram, Mahdenr S/O Sh. Bed Ram, Dule Ram S/O Sh. Amar Singh, Mahinder Singh S/O Sh. Amar Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6.     108 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 28,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7  challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
