CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

 

1.     Case FIR No. 228/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 509,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Smt. Gaytri Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Atul Mehta @ Karan threatened to her and her family telephonically by calling from various phone numbers on her mobile No. 9736358001 &   9459856210. ASI Lachhi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY

 

2.     Case FIR No. 229/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yadopatti S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O VPO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that during the year 2008-2009 Pradhan of G.P. Lower Rewalsar, Padam Singh Bhatia and Ward Member Smt. Tulsi Devi made forged bill on the name of three boys for the construction of Kalsar playground. ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF MISSING

 

3.     Sh. Padam Nabh S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Mathog PO Papali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi lodged a missing report in P.S. Balh that on 21/08/12 his daughter Priyanka Sharma went to college but she didn't returned back to home till today. 

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

 

4.     Case FIR No. 219/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 498A,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shahsi Bala W/O Sh. Manoj Kumar R/O Vill. Bhalwan PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married Manoj Kumar during the year 2003 and after two years of her marriage her husband and father-in-law started to torture her for dowry. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

5.     Case FIR No. 220/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Laka PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/12 Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill. Beinala PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Lal R/O Vill. Beinala PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi were stole away two mobile phones from his shop. Both accused have been arrested by the ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  and they  are being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC Sarkaghat and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat. 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

6.     Case FIR No. 136/12 dated 21/08/12 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Satya Devi W/O Sh. Lal Raj R/O Vill. Dhanah  (Dhanyapuri) PO Nithar Tehsil Nirmand Disttl Kullu that her husband Lal Raj, mother-in-law Ramila Devi  and father-in-law Kishori Lal all R/O Vill. Dhanah PO Nithar Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu (HP) harassed her for dowry. ASI Rajinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO LAND SLIDING

7.     A person namely Harjinder Singh S/O Sh. Gurmeet R/O Vill. Dolawara PO Kot Tehsil Dharmkot Distt. Moga aged 15 years old expired on 21/08/12 at Khotinala due to land slide. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.P. Pandoh.

8.     63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 96,00/-  was recovered under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 800/-  and 3 challans were issued under Pollution Control Act and fine of Rs. 11,000/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
