CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 135/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Tani Ram S/O Late Sh. Addam R/O Vill. Sainji PO Balindi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 15/08/12 Kuldeep S/O Sh. Hoshiar Singh R/O Vill. Kural PO Khundian Distt. Kangra. (HP) entered in his courtyard and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 216/12 dated 17/06/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Vill. Lohakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkagahat Distt. Mandi that on 15/08/12 Munshi Ram and his wife Smt. Mriti Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 145/12 dated 18/08/12 U/S 447,379,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Rosu Ram R/O Kandar PO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 16/08/12 Charanji Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Kandar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi entered in his land and cut the grass from his land and stole away. He was also threatened to him with dire consequences.  HC Shanta Kumar No 56 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No. 221/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 341,323,354,355,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Pal R/O Dushra Khabu PO Sadhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 17/08/12 she was going to her cowshed, in the mean time Satya Devi, Puja Devi, Kala Devi and Dharam Pal obstructed her way and beat her up and also tore her clothes.    ASI Om Prakash  I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

5.     Case FIR No. 222/12 dated 18/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bindra Devi W/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O VPO Gaura Gaggal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 18/08/12 at about 10.30 AM Mohinder Singh and his wife Sarla Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 214/12 dated 17/08/12 U/S 279,337,34A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Hirda Ram R/O Vill. Badannu PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 17/08/12 at about 06.25 PM a truck (HP66-1831) was on its way very rashly towards Kullu and when it reached near Badanu it hit a tempo (HR21F-0288) which was coming from Pandoh side and there after it hit a lady namely Janki Devi W/O  Late Sh. Karam chand R/O Sambla PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi who was going on foot on the road side  and she died on the spot. HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 I.o. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT

7.     Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 18/08/12 U/S 325,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt Disha Kumari W/O Sh. Chetan R/O Kohalu PO Chailchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was working in her home, in the mean time her husband came there and beat her up with hockey stick and she sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8.     87 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 400/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
