CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMIAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 206/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jhabe Ram S/O Sh. Tule Ram R/O Vill. Jhalwad PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/08/12 he came from Ghaur to Mandi by M/Cycle (HP33T-9990) , in the mean time a car (HP01K-2795) Innova came from back side obstructed their way and driver of said vehicle beat him up. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND’S RELATIVES

2.     Case FIR No. 207/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sitla Devi W/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O Vill. Samsoh PO Gohar  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 2003 with Ashok Kumar and after three year of marriage her  husband Ashok Kumar, father-in-law Shankar Dass and mother-in-law Shakuntla Devi started to harass her mentally and physically and also demanded dowry. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht is investigating the case.

CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

3.     Karan Thakur S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O VPO Chamloh Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur was arrested by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who is wanted in case FIR No. 207/11 dated 09/09/11 U/S 302 IPC of P.S. Sarkaghat and he is being produced before the Ld.Court of JMIC Sarkaghat.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

4.     Baldev Kumar S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Vill. Bari Matoli PO Samaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 41 (2) 109 Cr.P.C. by ASI Ajeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 138/12 dated 07/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Bidhi Chand R/O Vill. Tihra PO Bhargam Tehsil Jhanduta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/08/12 he driving  a truck (HP69-1638) and when he reached near Bhawana another truck (HP12C-5571) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his truck and he sustained injuries. ASI Jashbir Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6. 111 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
