CRIME REPORT 29 AUG

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 136/12 dated 2808/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Benni Madhav R/O Maseran PO Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that he was going to his home by his car (HP33B-4974) and when he reached at Sokkabag, in the mean tome a M/Cycle (HP34B-2591) came from Chuauntra side very rashly and struck with his car due to which both occupants of above M/Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Purshotam Dass I/C Traffic Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CHEATING

2.      Case FIR No. 231/12 dated 29/08/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Mohammad Safer Ali S/O Sh. Gulam Ali R/O VPO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kaiser Jahan @ Munni Bazi send his son cheated his son Mohammad Tahir by saying that he will appoint him as driver with a company but his son was working as servant there and his passport and other documents were also kept by them and his son is facing hardship there. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

  1. Case FIR No. 226/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S 353,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Anamika Sharma, Patwari Revenue Circle Talyahar that Rajesh Kumar obstructed her performing her duty and also threatened to her. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P.City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

  1. Case FIR No. 227/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj Sharma S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O H. No. 225/6 Samkhetar Mohalla Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/12 Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O H. No. 188/12 Ramnagar Mandi along with Gopi C/O Monal Hotel Ramnagar Mandi, Distt. Mandi  obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

5.      123  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,000/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 19 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 2000/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours
