CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

1.     Case FIR No. 202/12 dated 05/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bindo Sood, Headmaster Govt. Middle School Sambal Pandoh Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 04-05/08/12 some unknown culprits stolen away by breaking of lock of the school two number computers, one number multipurpose LaserJet printer, one extension box and two numbers mouse. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

2.     Case FIR No. 203/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Singh S/O Sh. Khazan Singh R/O VPO Vir Tungal Tehsil & Distt. Mandi at present President of G.P. Vir Tungal that during the intervening night of 05-06/08/12 some unknown culprits stolen away one number computer and one number printer from G.P. Panchayat by breaking of lock. HC Anil Kumar No. 406 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OFTHEFT AND BURGLARY

3.     Case FIR No. 204/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Distt. Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Chander Kanta W/O Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/O Thanehra Mohalla Mandi at present Advocate in District Courts Mandi that her mother Smt. Suman Lalta resides in a quarter at Bangali Mohalla in Bhiuli Colony and presently she is out of order. She found that during the intervening night of 05-06/08/12 some unknown culprits broke the lock of her mother’s quarter and stolen  away cash of worth Rs. 21,000/- along with jewellery. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF POISONING

4.     Summit Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Singh VPO Kotli Distt. Mandi died in Z.H. Mandi due to consumption of poison. Postmortem of the dead body was carried in Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF UNINDETIFIED DEAD BODY

5.     An unidentified dead body of a male having age group between 35-45 was recovered on 05/08/12 near Pandoh dam. Dead body was kept in dead house at Mandi for identification and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C.  is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

6.     Accused Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Vill. Khilra PO Meramasit  Tehsil Sundernager Distt. Mandi was arrested by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi who was wanted in case FIR No. 201/12 U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC dated 05/08/12. Accused has been produced before the Ld. Court and remanded police remand upto 09/06/12. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 64/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Leeladhar S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Vill. Suketi PO MD Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 7 AM Karam Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Bakhtaur Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No. 127/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Parvinder Chauhan S/O Sh. Kultar Singh R/O VPO Dul Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/08/12 Raju S/O Sh. Magru Ram, Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O VPO Dul beat him up and also threatened to him. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9.     Case FIR No. 128/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh S/O Sh. Bansi Lal R/O Chhuwar PO Gangotayi Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that he heard a noise and found that his jeep (HP37A-0285) fell down in a nullah and driver of said vehicle namely Raj Kumar sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram  I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

10.                        Case FIR No. 2112/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Bhalkhu Ram R/O Vill. Khiuri PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 05/08/12 he parked his car (HP33C-1528) nearby his house on the road side and today at about 07.30 AM when he went to the spot where he parked his car he found that some unknown culprits stole away the music system, back side glass of his car and a spare tyre of his car. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

11.                        Case FIR No. 213/12 dated 06/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dila Ram, Headmaster Govt Primary School Gadsaul Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today at about 08.45 AM he found that lock of the kitchen shed of school was found broken and on checking it was found that a gas cylinder, a gas stove, and a tawa were stolen away by some unknown culprits. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

12.                        Case FIR No. 211/12 dated 05/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Guljar Singh S/O Sh. Bachan Singh R/O Nurpura PO Chhano Tehsil Bhabaigarh Distt. Sangrur (PB) that on 05/08/12 he was going from Kullu towards Patiala by his jeep (PB65G-5758) and when he reached at Bhangrotu at about 09.30 PM, in the mean time a car (HP33-7180) came from Nerchowk side very rashly which was driven by Ramesh Sharma and hit the car with his jeep and said Ramesh Sharma sustained injuries. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CHALLANS

13.                          98 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
