CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 31/07/12 U/S 341, 504, 34 IPC has bben registered in PS Padhar  on the complaint of Deepak Azad S/O Maan Singh R/O Vill. Dawardu PO Drang  tehsil padhar Distt  Mandi that on 31/07/12 that when he when he was going to the crimination place along with others villagers in mean time Acchar Singh  and Bhagwan Singh obstruct his way and Abused him. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148  I/O PS  of Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case  FIR No. 76/12 dated 31/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Banita Devi W/O Yadvinder R/O Vill. Basadhar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 31/07/12 at about 7:30 pm when she along with her husband  and daughter  going  to Mandi  in a tata Sumo No. (HP01M-0875)  when they reached near by Arang then the driver of said vehcile namelyBhagmalS/O Hari Singh R/O Basa Dhar PO Tandu rolled down the vehicle 60/70 feet downward from the road. All the persons sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I/O of  PS Padhar is investigating the  case.

CASE OF HURT  

3          Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 1/08/12 U/S 324 IPC  has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Vidya Devi W/O Sher Singh R/O Vill. RopruTehsil Jigindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 31/07/12  at about 7:30 PM Smt. Bayasa Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand was throughing is hot water on her vegeitable  field when the  complaint asked then Bayasa Devi  capture her from hair and beat her up. ASI Charan Singh I/O  of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No.199/12.dated. 31/07/12.U/S. 61-1-14 Excise Act  has been registered in PS Sadar  by HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I/O PS Sadar that on  31/07/12 at about 6.15 PM  when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then he  recovered 3000 ml country liquid  and one bottle of English wine (750ml) from the possession  of Suraj Prakesh S/O Sh Lekh Raj R/O Vill. Bijani Tehsil and PS Sadar Distt Mandi (H.P) HC Shiv Singh No- 894 I/O of this PS Sadar Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No.202/12 dated 1/8/12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Jaswant Singh S/O Situ Ram Vill. Jehmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 31/07/12 at about 7pm when he was going  to his home  and reached near by his house in mean time Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Bansi Ram obstruct his way and beat him up  and also abused and threatened him . HC Baldev hand No.896 I/O  of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
