CASE OF HURT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 224/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jai Chand S/O Sh. Maya Ram R/O Sehal PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 23/08/12 he was going to his home, in the mean time Sukh Ram came there and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2.     Case FIR No. 225/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj VPO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 27/08/12 she was coming back to her home and when she reached near RTO office, in the mean time a scooter (PB23L-0714) came very rashly and a women and she sustained injuries. HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 I.O. of Highway beat No. 4 is investigating the case .

3.     Case FIR No. 134/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Vill. Seri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) Mehar Singh and his wife Mala Devi bet her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Joginernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 135/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Railway Fatak Dhelu and during the course of patrolling he  recovered 9380 ML country liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Gheppu Ra R/O Vill. Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 104/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 27/08/12 a Maruti car (HP30-1174) fell down from the road at Dashal nullha near Jachh in which one person died on the spot whereas other four occupants sustained in juries. ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.     Case FIR No. 152/12 dated 27/08/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Dy.S.P. (Prob.) Abhimanyu Verma, SHO P.S. Sundernagar that on 27/08/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhour and during the course of patrolling he recovered one liter illicit liquor from the possession of Rajkesh S/O Sh. Mihmal R/O Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by Dy.S.P. (Prob) Abhimanyu Verma  SHO P.S. Sundernagar.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

7.     Case FIR No. 222/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S 451,336,504,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Majhyar PO Cholgarh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 26/08/12, Gopal Krishan and his mother Tara Devi R/O Majhyar entered in her courtyard and beat her up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P.Sandhole is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF THEFT

 

8.     Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pushp Lata W/O Sh. Nagender Pal, R/O Vill. Bharari PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/08/12 her husband Nagender Pal parked his car (HP31A-4975) nearby SBI Bank BBMB Colony Sundernagar and thereafter he went to bank in connection with some transaction and some time after when he came back from bank he found that some unknown culprits stole away his car. ASI Hari Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9.     179  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29,550/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 25 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 2500/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours
