CRIME REPORT 12 AUG


CASE OF NDPS ACT
1.     Case FIR No. 131/12 dated 11/08/12 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sat Pal I/C PP Ghatta that he along with other police officials of P.P. Ghatta were on investigation of case FIR No. 130/12 dated 11/08/12 U/S 279/337 IPC at Birr road. During the course of investigation he received secrete information and he carried out personal search of Shamsher Singh S/O Sh. Karam Chand, Suresh Kumar S/O SH. Aatto and Gulshan Kumar S/O Sh. Narottam Chand all are resident of Rajpura Tanda PO Rajpura Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra and recovered 900 gram cannabis (charas) from their possession. ASI Sat Pal I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2.     Case FIR No. 130/12 dated 11/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Sukka Bag PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 11/08/12 at about 4 PM he was present in the courtyard of his house, in the mean tome a M/Cycle (HP29A-3104) which was ridden by Pankaj Thakur S/O Sh. Harender Thakur R/O VPO Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi along with Ayush came very rashly and negligently and struck with the wall of his house and they both sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 142/12 dated 11/08/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O VPO Balag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 11/08/12 at about 5 PM he was crossing the road nearby Community Hall Sundernagar along with his friend Sh. Hushan Lal S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Kol PO Balag, in the mean time an A/F scooter came from Sundernagar side very rashly and negligently and hit to Sh. Hushan Lal and in this incident Sh. Hushan Lal along with rider of said scooter Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Soot Ram R/O VPO Bhojpur sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.


CHALLANS

4.     183 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and  14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1400/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
